Gluten Free?

Currently, the sausages in our pork boxes, and the sausages & burgers in our BBQ boxes do contain gluten.

We do make smaller batches of gluten free sausages at certain times.  These are usually advertised on our website order page, and on facebook - and may also be available from the freezer at other times.  Please ask!

Made with our 100% grass fed, 21 day aged beef.

 

Ingredients:  Beef (77%), water, rusk (wheat), salt, dried onion, dextrose, preservative (sulphite), stabilisers, yeast extract (sulphite), acidity regulator (citric acid), mustard powder, herb, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), spice extracts, colour.

Ingredients: Free Range Pork (70%), water, rusk (wheat), wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt, starch (potato, spice, whey powder (milk), sugar, yeast extract (sulphite), stabilisers (E450), preservative E221 (sulphite), flavourings, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), spice extracts, natural flavouring, herb extracts, dried onion, colour (carmine).
