Free Range Rare Breed Pork

Taster Pork Box (minimum weight 5kg)
- 1 Shoulder joint, boned & rolled: approx 1.5kg
- 1 Leg joint, on the bone: approx 1.5kg
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 3 packs Traditional Pork Sausages
Quarter Pig Box (minimum weight 10kg)
- 1 - 2 Shoulder joints, boned & rolled: 1.5 - 2 kg
- 1-2 Leg joints, on the bone: 1.5 - 2.5 kg
- Thick cut pork chops: approx 12 chops
- 4 packs Traditional Pork Sausages
- Liver, heart & trotters usually available if wanted
Half Pig Box (minimum weight 20kg)
- 2-3 Shoulder joints, boned & rolled: 1.5 - 2 kg
- 2-3 Leg joints, on the bone: 1.5 - 2.5 kg
- Thick cut pork chops: approx 24 chops in pairs
- Option 1: 6 packs Traditional Pork Sausages
- Option 2: Belly pork in slabs: aprox 1kg each
- Liver, heart & trotters if wanted
