• Joints:  A selection of at least 5 joints (1.5 - 2kg each).  All apart from rib joints are boned & rolled.

Our produce is available seasonally. Orders are taken in advance, and we will confirm a collection/delivery date with you a few weeks beforehand.

Shetland Cattle are a small, native breed, originating from the Shetland Islands.  They are wonderful cattle - quiet, gentle, and a pleasure to have on the farm!

Being a hardy, native breed meanas that they thrive on a grass-only diet.  We never feed our cows any concentrate food or grain.  Their smaller size produces a finer grained muscle, with a lovely marbling throughout.
